I did current project with different employers as Vendor always change the 3rd party company from time to time.
Project is primarily concerned with the Optimization of DU network in UAE. I am working as a consultant for 2G NSN/3G & LTE Huawei Performance monitoring & Optimization engineer.
Responsibilities:
• 2G/3G/LTE daily performance monitoring of assigned BSC/RNC/Clusters.
• Worst cell Analysis & Optimization.
• Cluster DT Analysis & Improvement Plan.
• P3 & TRA DT Analysis & Improvement plan.
• Event Preparation & Planning like Traffic forecast & Capacity management (New Year & Other VIP Events).
• SLA KPI’s Target maintain & improve.
• Feature & Parameter Trials based on Huawei official documents for KPI’s/Service improvement.
• Coverage assessment based on Ookla Cell Analytics tool.
• Customer complaint/TDRA complaint analysis and improvement plan.
• Responsible for Benchmarking DT report (2G & 3G) preparation & analysis.
• Carry out the basic parameter check through the drive test for 2G, 3G & LTE.
• 2G/3G daily KPI monitoring.
• Doing in depth Layer 3 Analysis and proposing recommendations to improve the RF conditions.
• Handing over of sites to operator post meeting all agreed KPI, like accessibility, Retainability, Integrity, HS/EUL throughput.
• Ensuring cluster KPI performance before and after new site integration.
• IRAT/ UTRAN neighbor optimization using WNCS.
• Providing drop call analysis based on WMRR.
• Analysis on low throughput cells & providing the RCA for same.
• Responsible for all Radio alarm removal & all required licenses update.
