Responsibilities:
 Establish audit plan based on risk assessments to prioritize allocation of audit resources, drive execution of audit plan, fraud investigations & reporting.
 Perform Internal audit covering all operational areas including Technical (ex. Quality, Production, Safety, etc.), Sales, Marketing, Human Resources, Supply Chain, Finance, Procurement etc.
 Communication of audit reports and audit rating to stakeholders.
 Update local management about key risks, internal control gaps and group audit findings
 Lead and develop high caliber team

Successfully passed Certification for the region assessed by Group Audit team from Switzerland
Built the team from scratch and empowered them to reach high capability level within a short time by having right people, coaching & training, usage of data analytics
Drove discipline & added value during audits and consequences management where needed based on audit results
Spearheaded Basic Internal control and audit awareness training covering 2, 000 employees across the region
Developed a local audit talent pool by exchange of audit resources across regions

Brief synopsis of the Role:
As a Co-Pilot role, to drive sound business decisions to optimize sustainable profitable growth. Acts as change agents, drive value creation and ensure stewardship and governance.

Responsibilities:
To ensure and support sustainable profitable growth - Ownership of all PNL lines of the Business
Establish Operational plan for the year, track actuals, gap analysis, providing insight behind the numbers, recommend corrective actions to close the gaps
Constant Internal benchmarking of costs, drive saving or improvement initiatives
Closely track competitors costs, shadow PNL, pricing strategies and benchmark
Participate in Market Business Strategy development and provide associated scenarios
Work closely with decision Support and Control to provide timely high quality data and reliable measurements of KPIs.
Review monthly performances for achievements of targets and forecasts and develop/follow up the action Plans
Analyze and challenge product portfolio to identify cost optimization opportunities, eliminate value destroyers and maximize return on investment
Evaluate (Pre & Post) capital expenditure projects to maximize ROIC / EP

Achievements:
Improved margins by 300 bps (USD 3 million) by discontinuing loss making products, changing packaging design, better tax management, drive profitable product mix under capacity constraints
As Co-pilot, navigated the business by constant gap reviews and managed to exceed targeted profitability (by better resource allocation on marketing spends, ROIC, spend evaluations, simulations, pricing strategy etc.
