Key Responsibilities :-
•Understand the scope for MEP, Process instrumentation, BMS work.
•Communicate with client and consultant for pre bid queries.
•Vendor Evaluation, Rate analysis.
•Price negotiation, selection of sub vendor and awarding the MEP contract
•Understanding the civil project schedule, monitoring the progress and coordinate with civil execution team to achieve the milestones.
•Project Planning and Estimation based on tender drawing.
•Coordinating with subcontractor, Architect & Consultant during project execution.
•Evaluating the project progress, and take the corrective action
