• Assist the Video Production Crew occasionally to shoot the brand videos
including Carrefour international food promotion, Fashion shoot by
Azyame designer and few more.

•Transfer daily city ledger data from Front Office system to Back Office
Accounts Receivable in Opera system.
• Review the city ledger folios with supporting documents such as
charge slips and LPOs.
• Prepare and send invoices to customers / travel partners / wholesalers
and manage the invoice filing system.
• Check and verify credit card transfer with purchases slips and credit
card reconciliation summary prepared by the Income Auditor.
• Calculate commission for credit card payments received.
• Post all payments in A/R Opera system.
• Print payment-posting report from the system, tally with general ledger
and prepares payment reconciliation summary after obtaining Financial
Accountant’s signature

• Managed accounts payable by organizing the suppliers’ and subcontractors’
invoices and purchase orders for the construction
projects.
• Prepared monthly, quarterly and annual reports.
• Handled bank transactions through cheques, online transfers, and
prepare bank reconciliation statement of all bank accounts
maintained.
• Managed vendor accounts and issue weekly/monthly on demand
cheques.
• Worked with internal and external auditors during financial audit to
ensure compliance.
