• Certify that all the products are within the accepted tolerance and passes the QC checks by monitoring all the QC activities and tasks to achieve the production capacity, minimize the customer complaints and fulfill the sales requests.
• Provide production operators with new learning tools and all information needed to do their work through organizing training sessions for them in collaboration with production to ensure that they are following the quality standards.
• Manage the quality control activities by developing, implementing, monitoring and updating the quality control system to ensure that the product and service delivery to customers in good quality.
• Align the quality control & tinting producers along with test method by implementing best practice in order to maintain the expected quality level.
• Responsible for the incoming material inspection by monitoring quality trend and verify on the COA for every raw materials to ensure consistent quality to be supplied to production.
• Communicate to direct manager, sales and/or CSD regarding paint supplies and other relevant project issues.
• Control loss factor and quality as per project specification, seek practical solutions.
• Calculate the surface area of painted items and prepare the resupply (RS) invoices. follow up payment collection with the person in charge.
Prepare and introduce the required reports according to Jotun's standard documentation policy.
• Carry out in sites testing according to international standard to ensure product quality and paint system performance.
• Communicate effectively with customers, applicators, supervisors and relevant Jotun colleagues.
• Initiate the single source solution concept by connecting the customer with different department representatives to secure mega projects.
• Coordinate in site application trials and demonstrations when required to support sales in securing new business opportunities and promote Jotun new products.
• Investigate Customer Complaints and introduce required reports including Batch no. and all relevant data.
• Working to promote company products with Competitive Distinction through Integrity (CDTI) by regular visit to physicians who can prescribe company products for patients and discuss the strengths of AstraZeneca product and how it provide the best solution to patients' problems (diseases or health problems).
Launching new products in competitive market, collecting customers' feedback and analyzing the different needs of customers.
Providing technical service for customers and performing the required quality control tests to ensure the best coating performance during the laboratory and production stage.
Evaluating the corrosion inhibition of some medicinal plant extracts to protect carbon steel from corrosion deterioration.
