Financial Administration:

Follow efficient running of Company operations, and the effective control of its financial and human resources, and of the technical, IT and administrative systems, in order to contribute to the delivery of the company’s overall artistic and commercial objectives.
Develop and maintain financial accounting systems for cash management, accounts payable, accounts receivable, credit control, and petty cash & review monthly results and implement monthly reporting.
Oversee the management of all leases, contracts and other financial commitments & Administrative Support for General Manager, by Performed administrative functions, Signing exclusivity & corporate agreements with vendors & services suppliers.

Production of accounts, budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, payroll, management of the ledger department, and all other accounting related activities.
Maintain a documented system of accounting policies and procedures.
