• Assist procurement in negotiations and selection of the subcontractors.

• Divide and prepare the packages for subcontractors.
• Reviewing and negotiating the commercial offers of the subcontractors with a detail items breakdown.
• Preparing the variation orders.
• Review the client/subcontractors’ invoices.
• Negotiate the best payment terms and contract conditions, maintaining high level of integrity
Reviewing Contract/Subcontract documents such as consultant specifications, design drawings, bill of quantities
Providing assistance and input in ensuring that all briefs, designs, contract specifications, schedules, budgets and other related documents are in compliance with client objectives.
Review, manage and control material submittals, technical submittals and work drawings in the line with contract documents for onward submission to the consultants
Review, Flow-up and Preparing shop drawings, MOS and ITP in the line with construction progress.
Tendering studies, Project Specification requirements and preparing costing analysis, Estimate budgetary prices for mechanical items, Suggest value engineering to reduce cost, Send inquiries, Study the technical & financial offers for (HVAC, Firefighting & plumbing systems& etc.).
Main tasks including:
1. Gather and retain current and accurate data on costs of goods, materials, market labor and equipment rates from suppliers and sub-trades.
2. Solicit supplier quotation for material, equipment and sub-trade quotations, whether internal to TESC departments or from an external supplier.
3. Attend pre-tender meetings, including estimate reviews and tender closings.
4. Prepare detailed, accurate, professional estimates by calculating material quantity take offs, equipment and labor rates for tender verification.
5. Recommend multiple scenarios based on cost, engineering quality, or material availability.
6. Identify most competitive rates based on cost analysis and comparison.
7. Review and evaluate proposal specifications and drawings to determine scope of work and the content of estimate.
8. Quantify all aspects of the tender document, including tender requirements, written specifications and project drawings.
9. Review estimate packages to ensure accuracy and completeness prior to final quotation.
10. Prepare final estimate summaries, ensuring they address scope, pricing and comprehensiveness.
11. Advise the Chief Estimator on cost and schedule fluctuations, changes in material availability, or other factors affecting construction.
12. Review estimates with TESC management as appropriate or as directed to by management.
13. Prepare tender for construction revision and costs impact.
14. Prepare and schedule cost impact for tender to construction

Folw up the installation on the site
Flow up shop drawing and site installation for HVAC systems
