Helping business determines, quantifies, and mitigates the financial risks and all treasury credit risks and manages related documentation. This would be accompanied by providing high quality independent risk management information through developing and enhancing the production of credit risk reports and assure treasury adherence to limits and policies. This would be mitigated by running the below roles assigned to me currently:



• Negotiating ISDA, CSA, VM CSA, CSD, Clearing and adhering regulation agreements under EMIR

• Measure all treasury credit risks (banks & countries), as well as recommend suitable modifications to limits and policies

• Compile daily reports to monitor and report credit excesses

• Maintain and develop modules that measures the future potential exposure and associate the required limits to each transaction based on the finding of the module

• Participate in enhancing and managing risk methodologies including interest rate stress model and RARORC

• Implementing and managing Risk and Control Self-Assessment model RCSA

• Assist the management in negotiating all international legal documentation (ISDA, Repo agreement, Options, other professional agreements with Treasury customers, etc.)

• Propose development and enhancements to existing risk reports, procedures and policies, and maintenance of Bank and Country Limits and their data base

• Evaluate, test and implement (direct or support) treasury risk systems that will improve control over treasury credit risks (Margin Trading, Country and counterparty limit module etc.)

• Keeping up the collaterals of counter party in which their credit lines
is limited

• Core participant in the largest Reg S international capital markets transaction in Saudi Arabia which is perceived the benchmark for other Saudi issuers. The Sukuk is dual tranches, a USD 500 Million 5 year tranche and a 10 year USD 1.25 Billion.

• Core participant in the largest Rule 144A Sukuk out of the Middle East to date “Amounts USD 2 Billion” and consists of a 10 year series and an unprecedented 30 year series. The 30 year series is the longest tenor for any senior unsecured Sukuk issue to date.

Treasury Saudi Arabia, HSBC Capital Market and HSBC Middle East, the main
objective of that training was to observe the banking methodologies in performing
market transactions and to be aware of the currently available market products as well as how banks manage their risk through the exposure that will tally with the
services that they are providing.
The training program was modeled to focus on the following key aspects:
• Treasury products (FX exchange, Risk Advisory, Structuring & Trading)
• IPO Structuring and Documentation
• Issuing Sukuk/Bond locally and internationally

• ECA Financing

Financial Analyst at Arab National Bank

Financial Accounting Department for seven months. The key learning's from the training are:
