- Execute/implement the strategic business plan scheduled by Sales Director
- Preparing sales reports and setting up a sprint meeting on a daily basis for sales
director to discuss the agreed points earlier, any difficulties or problems we
facing and updating the status of our forward in the Business Plan.

-Achieve the Profit plan orders, and margin of distribution assigned for my
sector.
- Manage the Directs sales activities with customers, Contractors, and End
users related to Power & water sector to meet the agreed targets for full ranges
of Instruments, Control & Safety products.
- Seeking always to open new opportunities and create a new relationships
with Customers, EPC, and End-users.
- Develop, maintain and manage a strong relationship with current/new
customers (Clients, contractors, consultants, distributors, OEMs, and other
business partners) through personal visits, telephone calls, and email
correspondences.
- Acts as a member of the Sales team and participates in the set targets
- Work in cooperation with other departments like Supply Chain, Logistics,
Financial to achieve customer satisfaction and Close the deals and hence to
grows the business.
- Directly manage a strategic plan and build a strong relationship with key
decision-makers
- Participate on a regular basis and efficiently for approval in different channels
such as End clients and OEMs.
- Identify and develop possibilities for future business growth, including a New
possible assignment.
- Manage and conduct regular commercial training, and presentations to our
Customers
- Manage and keep updating on new Prices list, Quotations, delivery schedule,
and status of orders in the Sales System (SOMS) Forecasting pipeline.
- Achieve sales targets by implementing agreed-designed strategies and
exploiting all business opportunities by a range of sales tools, such as sales
presentations, personal sales visits, regular mailing, and telesales activities,
attending media & promotional activities thereby ensuring maximum exposure
in the business market.
- Develop, maintain and manage a strong relationship with current/new
customers (Clients, contractors, consultants, distributors, OEMs, and other
business partners) through personal visits, telephone calls, and email
correspondences.
- Regularly update the activities in the (SOMS) CRM database and ensure to
address any customer dissatisfaction issues /additional revenue potentials.
- Source and develop new customers to promote products and Services
to increase market penetration and achieve the budgeted sales targets.
- Keep regular updates of the market situation in terms of competition, new
regulations, Inform and suggest ideas to the line manager for the necessary
sales activities to meet the latest market demand and requirements
- Evaluates electrical systems, products, components, and applications by
designing and conducting research programs; applying knowledge of electricity
and materials.
- Confirms system's and components' capabilities by designing testing methods;
testing properties.
- Develops electrical products by studying customer requirements; researching
and testing manufacturing and assembly methods and materials.
- Develops manufacturing processes by designing and modifying equipment for
building and assembling electrical components; soliciting observations from
operators.
- Assures product quality by designing electrical testing methods; testing finished
products and system capabilities.
- Prepares product reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information
and trends.
- Develop detail MEP engineering related scope of work for all capital projects.
- Review and comment on all MEP engineering related work performed by
engineering consultants.
- Conduct site inspections to ensure adherence to engineering standards and
specifications.
- Support construction contractor and provide MEP engineering related support,
review and coordination to ensure that the quality expectation are properly met
during construction.
- Review material specifications to ensure they adhere to the standards.
- Develop highly complex engineering studies, plans, specifications, calculations,
evaluations, design documents, and performance assessments as required.
- Recommend alternative engineering solutions to management to meet the
school district's needs.
- Design, develop, modify and evaluate systems, processes, or facilities to
support the capital improvement projects objectives.
- Review all project MEP field reports on a monthly basis.
- Coordinate with office staff, consultants, contractors and other personnel.
- Monitor and log all client communications, processing requests and
documenting changes.
- Test and develop resolution plans for technical problems, communicating needs
to customers and supervisors.
- Analyze and consult on implementation and troubleshooting of technology
products.
- Mentor and train other technical support staff on technical and procedural
matters.
