• Validation of AP Invoices, Payments to vendors as per payment cycle, updating recurring invoices, AP Module reconciliation with General Ledger, Supplier Ledger scrutiny.
• Accountings of AR Invoices, customer Ledger scrutiny, follow up with respective dept for customer receivables, AR Module reconciliation with General Ledger.
• Weekly Bank reconciliation, Term Loan reconciliation, follows up with Bankers for interest calculation on Term Loan.
• Fixed Asset Accounting - Addition, Retirement & Adjustment/Transfer on monthly basis, Depreciation process & Preparation of Fixed Asset Register.
• Month end journal posting, updating recurring Journal entries, amortization and month end provisioning and General Ledger Scrutiny.
• Preparation of MIS, Aging reporting of receivables & Payables, Cash flow Preparation, Costing & Budget.
• Checking & Accounting of Salary data on monthly basis. Payroll Running as per WPS Report.
• Inter Company Reconciliation on monthly basis and month end process in the absence of Accounts Manager.
• Preparation of various ad hoc report required by the Management.
• Was involved in Oracle R12 implementation with Implementation team from Infosys. Actively involved in conversion of accounts from Focus & Tally to Oracle R12 system and received training on all modules of Oracle R12 & have good hold on the system.
