Liaise closely with CTMT for all coordinating meeting with other Packages (FAST - ANM) as Transit System representative for all civil interfaces related, support Interface management for SYS tasks during Testing & Commissioning phase and to maintain Requirement Management for Depot Workshop Equipment’s and Transfer Stations.

Involved in Business Development, Project delivery strategy, implementation of the planning, bidding, proposals, manage and coordinate all aspects of the design and construction, managing the client’s construction programme including the appointment of designers and contractors, undertaking concept design and master planning activities, reviewing, reporting and auditing consultants’ and subcontractors’ submissions.
My responsibilities cover a wide range of activities including reporting of progress on a monthly and annual basis, recruitment of key personnel, sourcing key subcontractors and suppliers, involved in site supervision and management of the large team with regard to all aspects of design activities and construction of Infrastructures and mixed-use development.
Maintaining client relationships, maintaining the company’s policies and procedures and updating them as necessary, managing cash flow, overseeing preparation of annual budget, monthly variance statements and annual audit, managing the utilization of project assets, ensuring proper quality control of construction activities and assessing risk associated with project activities to ensure high safety practices at all times employed during construction and liaise with sub-consultants to coordinate all aspect of required project deliverables.
Senior Manager and Client Representative in the Major Projects Department, responsible for project management and detailed design of all Dubai Holding projects, provide guidance to construction supervision team, coordinates with Dubai Local Authorities on all issues related to the construction of infrastructure, residential and mixed-use development,
My roles include managing the Transportation Master plan (TMP) and Utility Master plan (UMP) and providing support to developers/entities management teams in engineering and technical issues.

Working as the technical manager to lead the civil design and client representative to liaise with different consultants and subcontractors of the project and duties include contract administration and site supervision on behalf of the client
Project: BOOT Project, Egypt. Design and construction of two Highways “Cairo - Ain Soukhna 115Km and Helwan - Korimat 85Km” as well as the development of land around these two roads into various residential, industrial, agriculture and tourism schemes.
Working as a Highways Engineer for designing horizontal and vertical alignments of urban roads and rural highways, at grade intersections and grade-separated interchanges and preparing setting out plans, profiles, site grading plans, signing and Road marking and cross sectional drawings
