Ma’arif for Education & Training is the largest owner and operator of private schools in Saudi Arabia. Ma’arif owns 16 private campuses with over 70 schools across the country, providing (“K-12”) education to both boys and girls, following international ( IB & IGCSE ) and Saudi curricula ( Normal & Advanced ) .
Close to 23, 000 students - Grown from 21000 - were enrolled across its campuses, with over 2600 Personnel (teachers & Admin).
- Managed to achieve impressive 24 % Year to Year EBITDA Growth
- Concluded major account planning sessions to build and execute mission, vision, key areas, action plans with cost and return.

Ashraf was the Executive sponsor for all internal IT activities and led SAP ERP Migration project covering HR / Finance/ Projects / Distribution modules as well as Opportunity Management System (CRM) Development project.
He performed Leadership to several investment programs: Saudization, Competency centers, education and others. Ashraf was reporting to President and Board of Directors.
