* Prepare, consolidate and control the budget with the CFO to ensure that budget adjustments are made
in accordance with costing changes and fully controlled.

* Manage and evaluate performance of staff (Financial Planning, Cost accounting and Inventory Control
Team) and conduct training sessions in order to develop performance.
