My responsibilities included the following:
• Arranging and managing the whole sales cycles.
• Arranging the quality control process.
• Managing internal CRM.
• Participating in the process of creating standardization and rules for sales and Marketing Department work.
• Handling all the company international Sales process through many business trips Dubai business Trips.
• Opening of the KSA Branch Alkoubar March 2012- June 2012
• Managing international branches Canada, KSA.

• Playing a major role in establishing the Sales and Marketing Department.
• Participating in the process of creating standardization and rules for sales and Marketing Department work.
• Representing the Company in many international Exceptions.

• Going through a full sales cycle starting from handling prospective lead request till preparing the purchasing Agreements.

Technical department is directly responsible of handling all clients’ requests through CRM, chats and phone calls. Also pre sales presentation and after sale training was a part of our responsibilities. Considering that this department works was 24/6.
