45 products through wich Launching and Relaunching 5 products of them .
RESPONSIBILITIES and AUTHORITIES :
* Planning and managing marketing activities for 40 pharmaceuitical products to ensure achieving brand
marketing & financial objectives .
* Meet financial targets P & L for the company to Maximise value and Market share
* Delivering annual brand marketing plan and Evaluating activities with best ROI
* Manage working relationships with promotion agencies and other service providers
* Successfully Relaunched Solpadol 5mg to become No. ONE RX

Manage and have direct Responsibility on a business worth 155 mil. Reyals with the objective to develop and establish SGH
health care and maximise cash & credit business in the south area of KSA health sector market (4 millions population) by
building strong, competitive and growing brands. Ensure maximum return on investment.
Lead and manage a total staff of 15 ( Media manager, Patient Relation Manager her team of six pt. relation executives,
marketing team of three marketing executives and representatives) and Public Relation manager with his team including
three public relation executives and I report directly to THE Marketing operation director middle east (Dubai).
RESPONSIBILITIES and AUTHORITIES:
* Develop and present the Marketing business plan.
* Provide the business unit with the leadership & direction needed to achieve Revenue, profite and M.S. goals.
* Identify new business opportunities for increasing number of patients (cash & gredit) potential growth of the
business, focusing on Most profitable segments .
* Lead and motivate subordinates in different positions to achieve hospital and corporate goals.
* Follow up on Implementing action plans to ensure success of the planned promotional campaigns.
* Managing plans and execution of new survices launches.
* Maintain good working relationships with external business associates, poly clinics and others .
* Carry out market research planning and implementation to gather market insights and intelligences.
* Ensure all promotional activities are delivered on time and within the agreed Corporate standards.
* Monitor performance, refocus resources and achieve operating plan.
* Anticipate and response to changing market conditions (Contingency Plan) .
* Coordinate with different hospital departments to ensure smooth running of business operation.
* Maintained SGH Aseer market leading position in the South Region Vs tough competition by other Hospitals .
* Run Successful media campaigns including TV, press and consumer magazines for SGH Health brand name in KSA.
