• Ofering operational support across trend forecasting, mark down suggestions and maximising profit
• Bi-weekly overview with senior management
• Audits on visual display standards in stores across Kuwait and Saudi Arabia

• Training and development of Visual team

• Developing efective planograms to drive trafic across all sections of the store
• Overseeing daily stock take
• Executing Photo shoots for advertising campaigns
