ASEC Environmental Protection Co. (Asenpro) supply, manufacture, erects and maintain of the environmental control equipment. Manufacturing the spare parts for the building materials plant, especially cement plant. I was responsible for supplying the engineering and technical assistance services in the local manufacturing pulse-jet fabric filters, complete belt conveyor, centrifugal air fans, screw conveyors, buckets, Impeller for dynamic separator and expansion joints. I have the responsibility of managing the regular team to realize the manufacturing targets regularly.
My responsibilities included: • Gain full knowledge of the relevant contracts ensure that: - The Company does not miss any of its contractual obligations.
- Contractors provide the agreed services.
• Receiving P.O. according to the contracts.
• Receiving orders over the telephone, emails and faxes.
• Telephoning the clients to discuss their requirements.
• Produce the technical policy and procedures.
• Arrange regular team meetings.
• Development the various manufacturing strategies for achieving the optimum operating conditions.
• Propose modifications that can improve the performance and availability or reduce operation and maintenance cost.
• Manage and co-ordinate evaluation of manufacturing problems.
• Gain knowledge of the SAP system and ensure that
all direct activities are programmed in the system.
• Preparing the required quotations, technical data, technical drawings and techno-
