DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Responsible to ensure that the piling works in this project includes Onshore and Offshore, Straight and Raked piles with diameter varying from 600mm to 1067mm using both Bore hole and CFA method with a total of more than 1300 plus onshore and 250 plus offshore piles. All kinds of testing on piles including Integrity, Sonic, Compression load tests, Lateral load tests, Tension test Responsible for implementation, control and management of all quality assurance and quality control activities of the project.
•Responsible to ensure that project comprises of more than 100, 000m3 of concrete with different grades including C20, C30, C30F, C40, C40M, C50, C50M, C60 for all of which trial mix and approval obtained.
•Responsible to ensure that required quality assurance and quality control of concrete structure and finishing works such as, Piles work (On Shore and Off Shore), Railcar unloading building, Rail loop, storage building, Transfer tower, conveyor tunnel, Sub-Station building, Admin operation building, control building, Warehouse Building, Marine Terminals etc.
•Responsible to ensure that required quality assurance and quality control procedures are identified, developed and implemented in all phases of the project as per scope of work
•Responsible to ensure that quality verification records needed for project are identified.
•Rendering surveillance on site to control the quality of work being implemented by the construction group.
•Execution of the support for troubleshooting and continuous product improvement.
•Support the contractors Quality Inspectors to ensure that products and processes comply with the relevant requirements of the quality management system.
•Conduct site inspection or surveillance and performed various testing required by the approved Inspection Test Plan.
•Witness structural steel alignment during erection, repair/correction of errors of structural alignments, and bolt torqueing.
•Conduct material inspection to determine the quality of the delivery items and ensure the proper storage, handling and preservation of the materials.
•Monitor contractor’s quality system, records and quality personnel for compliance with the requirements.
•Generate NCR’s and SOR for any violation in implementation for non-conformance and discrepancy.
•Attend weekly meeting about quality matters and follow the HSE requirements applicable to work scope.
•Reviewing of contractor’s ITP, QCP and Method Statement prior to approval.
•Conduct layout and cutting inspection with reference to the approved drawing and see to it that the heat numbers and shop marks are stenciled on pieces to be cut.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Good coordination with Project Manager, Site Engineers to attending technical meetings.
•Punch list preparation and clear of punch points with clients.
•Raising of technical queries for conformations of consultants.
•Maintaining of QVD & Preparation of final dossier submission to the client.
•Testing of materials with standard specifications.
•Submitting of method statement, QCPand inspection test plan for client approval.
•Submitting of concrete and Asphalt design mix for Clients approval.
•Taking of concrete samples test during of concrete pouring.
•To prepare and implement QA/QC procedures and test inspection plan for the project. And ensure that the work is done as per approved drawings.
•Co-ordinate to various disciplines Engineers on site and must implement the directions of the client representatives.
•Monitoring the stone columns works and witnessing the plate load test.

•Ensure that project construction activities are conducted in accordance with quality system.
•Coordination with client and contractor, attending weekly and monthly QA/QC meetings.
•Recommendation to procurement manager to place purchase order to selected vendor and manufacturers and sub-contractors.
•Review all construction drawings to ensure that they contain the necessary quality related requirements prior to release for construction.
•Responsible for assuring compliance with the approved quality control plan for all construction, inspection & testing activities at the site.
•Verify all samples, certificates of laborites and field test and maintain all filling system for all quality control procedures, record, report etc.
•Inspection of structural steel installation for building, pipe rack, equipment supporting structural as per the approved drawings.
•Witnessing Plumpness & bolt tightening of structural steel and alignment of gratings and platforms.
