Responsibilities:
Organizes, directs, oversees and audits the department activities in order to ensure the fulfillment of the Department functions and responsibilities.
Provides support to O&M engineers by Investigating equipment failure and difficulties, diagnoses faulty operation and make recommendation to O&M Engineers.
Approves plans of preventive maintenance of equipment, plants and networks and calibration and supervises their implementation.
Ensures the implementation of Safety, Health and Environment requirements in Operation & Maintenance activities.
Organizes and implements the training and upgrading of O&M technical staff, in coordination with the Training Manager.
Review & approve periodic reports on Operation & Maintenance activities.
Develops and updates the Operation & Maintenance technical procedures (Technical Manual) and work instructions and ensures their application in the Department activities.
Confers with vendor engineers to implement operating procedures and resolve system malfunctions and provide technical information to O&M Engineers.
Supervise general services and security personal to ensure good care and housekeeping of the premises.
Responsibilities:
Preparing the maintenance plans of the Pressure Reduction and Metering Stations at New Damietta Area.
oTown gate station and Natural Gas distribution network regulators.
oIndustrial customers Pressure Reduction & Metering Stations.
Supervising and reporting the maintenance operation of the PRMS’s mentioned above.
Applying the training plans for the dept. technicians to raise their technical skills.
Repco Gas representative at technical meetings between the company and industrial customers.
Supervising the gas consumption calculations (GASCO to REPCO GAS and REPCO GAS to Industrial customers) and writing down the monthly, half annual and annual reports.
Supervising the Pressure Reduction & Metering Stations maintenance plans.
Applying the training plans for the dept. technicians to raise their technical skills.
Preparing the maintenance procedure and reporting the maintenance process.
Supervising the gas consumption calculations (GASCO to REPCO GAS and REPCO GAS to Industrial customers) and writing down the monthly, half annual and annual reports.
