Technical support for operation and processing, energy performance optimization and troubleshooting
- Optimize the process performance, lead process improvements and optimize new system installations & modifications to existing facilities
- Support Oil, Used Oil and new systems project design review, PSSR and punch listing activity
- Lead procedures development of the new system installations & modifications to existing facilities

Responsible for the plant production quantities, quality, reliability and operability in a safe, economical and reliable matter. Responsible also for plant monitoring, taking actions, investigate and solving problems.
- Project: Assign in the Saudi Elastomers Project (SEP) - SABIC in 12/April/2013 and work in designing review, HAZOPING, development and reviewing the new SEP plant in Seoul - South Korea with EP Contractor (DAELIM).
- Construction, Pre-Commissioning, Commissioning and Start up: Work on the Construction, Pre-Commissioning, Commissioning and Start up activities
- Lead PSSR and punch listing activity
- Support procedures development
- Support equipment inspections
- Review EPC deliverables and specifications as per SABIC standards
- Support process design & optimization and lead material balance as per PFD’s P&ID’s
- Lead and develop equipment performance specifications documents and performance guarantee test methods
- Lead project interfaces and close all issues with EPC
- Support in operating window development as per specification and best practices
- Support in development C&SU preservation plan
- Leading environment interface and waste disposal preparation with environment team
- Plan FAT & SAT with EPC
- Lead ISO Auditing for the department
- Support load shedding documentation development
- Develop chemicals list and requirements with Vendor as per design
- Lead SOW development and alignment with SABIC procurement team
Operation Shift Supervisor in SWCC, leading the plant, supervisor for CCR and local operators and responsible for plant production, monitoring, taking actions and the work permits for Maintenance, Electrical, Instrument and Operation.
Bachelors of Science in Chemical Engineering from (Chemical & material Eng.) Department.
