Sending Invitation Letter & Tender Package for all Potential Bidders
Analyzing all quotations & creating Comparison Table
Calculating all-in costs of labor, plant resources & generating Global Summary
Negotiating on total & unit price
Issuing Work Orders

Development of King Abdallah Road (contract value USD 500 million)
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Managing all mechanical, civil (starting from excavation until the compaction of the last layer before asphalt lay down) and landscaping works.
Supervising the execution of all wet utilities such as: Ø2000, Ø1800 and Ø1400 RC storm lines, Ø1100 HDPE coated RC sewer lines, Ø900 and Ø700 GRP storm lines, Ø600 and Ø500 UPVC slotted ground lines, Ø400 Ductile Iron Potable water lines
Construction of three lifting stations and one fire room.
Managing a crew of 6 foremen assisted by 50+ labors.
Coordination of all necessary studies and designs for the relocation of all existing wet utilities upon the construction of four different tunnels upon a 5.3 km project.
Preparing all the requests for inspection.
Following progress reports with consultants.
