Duties and Responsibilities:
Coordination with consultant, client, & sub contractors, Arranging & forecasting of manpower, material, tools & machineries as per project requirement, strictly follow up & chase the site staff to ucomplete the project as per target program & in budget cost, Responsible for smooth running of projects, track & control on material labor output, utilization of site resources effectively, ensuring safety & quality as per the company standards, Assigning & monitoring task to the site staff, report the progress of work to the PM & Senior Staff*/. Keeping track of As built documents for smooth handover of project. Ensure correct reporting of project status to the top management
ETS Room plant side installation of b type Heat Exchangerswith accessories (fittings, instruments, valves strainers etc.) . Assisting for preparing shop drawings. Assisting in preparing Material & Method Statements approval request submittals & obtaining approvals at same time before starting of project
Implementing Inspection and test plan (ITP's), in accordance with specifications for all equipment and materials assigned in the specifications.
Responsible to coordinate & followup with suppliersfor QA dossier/Warranty Certificates/Test Certificatesand O&M Manual.
Responsible for Hydrotesting and flushing and Chemical Treatment operation and verifyingthe final quality of water to meet the desired quality as per specifications andstandards.

Erection of Plate Heat Exchangers (ETS Rooms), Chilled Water Pipeline Network (District Cooling) & Thermic Fluid Heater, Heating coils 2mtr dia and its Structures in Oil Purification Station.

NATURE OF WORK
This includes erection of heavy equipments like Heating coils and Thermic fluid heater, fabrication & Installation of Heat Exchanger with SS, CS pipelines, welding and testing of joints (DPT, RT, UT and Hydro testing) . And also the fabrication and erecting of steel structures for Deaerator tank, Silos, Structural Gantry.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Ensuring the works is performed in accordance with the specifications/procedures. Responsible for the successful execution of the contractual and statutory requirements. Liaise with planning manager and scheduler for look ahead and target programs. Coordinating and controlling the activities of work crews. Utilize, monitor & maintain project schedules, drawings, specifications,
tasks. Checking the progress of the work at sites as per program.

Duties and Responsibilities:
e) Assisting the Project Manager in preparation of maintenance schedule, Preparation of manpower deployment plan, Welding inspection, QA/QC plans and ITP's and other small units, Preparation of two weeks look ahead, Procurement Control Matrix, NOC's Log.
f) Responsible for Performing Pipeline network Estimation and providing basic tender inputs to the estimation department. Preparing Method Statements for Excavation/Pipelaying/Fitup-Welding/NDT/Field Joint Insulation/ Hydrotesting Flushing and Chemical Treatment/ Backfilling involved under construction phase. Monitoring and requesting the materials according to the Project specification.
g) Monitor fabrication and installation tolerance control of products to produce acceptable work. Raising RFA's, Preparing Daily, Weekly, Monthly Reports. Estimating total volume of the network and preparing pre & post check list for Hydro testing and chemical flushing. Co-coordinating with sub-contractors for site progress planning.
h) Coordinating with Building contractors for ETS Room drawings and other service markings. Heat exchangers & Temporary Chiller Plant installation and commissioning.

Erection of Heavy Earthmoving Machinery (excavators, Dumpers, Dozers, Wheel Loaders) and Installation testing and commissioning of plants (Batching Plant, Chillers plant connection to provide chilled water for batching plants.
