& Responsibility:

•Review / update supply chain practices in accordance with new or changing environmental policies, standards, regulations, or laws.
•Collaborate with other departments, such as procurement, engineering, Finance and quality assurance, to identify or qualify new suppliers.
•Meet with suppliers to discuss performance metrics, to provide performance feedback, or to discuss production forecasts or changes.
•Design or implement plant warehousing strategies for production materials or finished products.
•Inventory control, warehousing, or receiving.
•Develop procedures for coordination of supply chain management with other functional areas, such as sales, marketing, finance, production, or quality assurance.
•Evaluate and select information or other technology solutions to improve tracking and reporting of materials or products distribution, storage, or inventory.

Availability Ownership: ensure all required systems are in place to deliver the target materials availability within agreed stock window.
•People Management for Supply Planning Unit Members: Must lead the RPM planners to achieve their targets. Also accountable for leading their annual W&DP with SIP Leader and covering their tasks during their vacation/training.
•Ensuring the day-2-day availability of the Products maintaining the targeted stocks and the required reduction plans.
•Lead Inventory Reduction Projects with a target of 10% reduction year after year
•Manage the utilization of shipping lines and obtain optimal shipping rates / Incoterms / Insurance policies in order to ensure cost reduction target.
•Working closely with the Clearing agencies, port authority, to ensure best services.
•Development of New Supplier Service Level Agreements and protocol.

Inventory Management :
-Counting and sorting of stocks.
-Study inventory records of current stock.
-Plan, organize and direct the work of others.
-Prepare inventory reports.
-Inputting inventory data into computer programs.
-Integrate inventory policies and procedures with other material management policies.
-Coordinating with the inventory employees and supervising their work.
Capability & Management:

- Developed the Supply Planning DMS ( Daily Management Systems ) for managing and mapping all
the Supply Planning Work Process for Finish Product, Export & Material Planning.
- Organization development, Reward and recognition for the organization.

Key Achievements during the assignment

- Delivered ~5 MM$ Cost saving through Logistics SC Optimization Projects and Supplier Qualifications.
- Delivered ~10% Day of Coverage (DOC) Inventory Reduction each year in Anticipation, Safety Frozen
& Cycle Stocks.
- Introduced the Deliver To Demand Concept to Cairo Procter and Gamble Outer cases Suppliers, --
•Reducing the Lead time for Delivery from 14 Day to 3 Working Days.
•Lead the Produce to demand Strategy through PM Supply and Production lines
