• Handling the Project development & complete Fit-Out coordination & management for a 1 billion Dollar project that consists of a Luxury Mall & a 414m high Business Tower.
(The Tower is considered to be the tallest concrete building in Asia, consisting of 134, 000 sqm of leasable spcae including offices, spa, a 1800 sqm Sky restaurant, and the luxury shopping center of 9 cenimas, 80 Retails and Restaurants).
• Tender & manage all new projects through out the project life cycle from initiation to closeout.
• Managing a team of 3 Architects, electrical & mechanical engineers.
•Support all company departments with the required technical data and permits.
• 360 Kuwait:
Worked as a Fit Out Executive & Project Manager Asistant, coordinated the making of LODs for each store, aslo between Main Designer (RTKL), contractors, consultant, suppliers, and Tamdeen Operation, Marketing, Leasing and Fit-out departments.
360 mall is a 180 milion $ five story shopping center, with 150, 000m2 of total built up area, 87, 000m2 of retails, a hypermarkedt, 10 anchor stores, 14 cinemas, I-max, restaurants, cafes, family entertainment, food court, spa, and offices.
• Al Kout and Manshar Malls- Fhaheel:
Participating in the Tenant Fit-out process, such as design reviewing for shops, details providing, site supervision, and coordinating between Tenants, Landlord, and the Main designer, Mall consisted of 180 units and two anchor stores, with an approximate area of 29, 000 m2.
• Al Marzooq Villas- Masillah:
Work involved supervising, designing, making shop drawings, and coordinating between exterior and interior design by Alperto Pinto, total built are is 12, 000 m2, a budget of 7 million K.D. it consists of two buildings, located directly on beach, with a huge landscaping area.
• SEQ- Palace in Riyadh:
Work involved designing, supervising and coordinating between subcontractors, total area of project is 6000 m2, a budget of 12 million S.R. it consists of seven buildings (main villa, Royal suite, guest house, leisure building, main kitchen, service building & Majlis building) in addition to a large size swimming pool, barbeque, gazebo and landscaping.
• Diplomat Patisserie: Interior design & work execution for a total area of 200 m2, project duration: 4 months
• Tabba’a Jewelery: Interior design & work execution for a total area of 150 m2, project duration: 4 months
• Princess Lolwa Bint Abdel Aziz Palace:
Renovations of the Palace, total area of 1500 m2, work included preparing new designs, supervising execution of flooring, painting and other structural works, project duration: 6 months.
• Movenpick- Dead Sea
Work involved Designing, preparation of interior shop drawings for the extension of the Movenpick Resort Hotel (Dead Sea)
The Project consisted of 130 guest rooms, restaurant, auditorium, ballroom, 6 meeting rooms, roof garden, back yard facilities and landscaping with total buit up area of 16, 000 m2 as well as full landscaping for the whole site approximately 15, 000 m
