 5* Boutique 112 room Hotel (Jumeirah)
 5* Resort 206 room Hotel (Jumeirah)
 5 Residential Zones (400 residential villas & Apartments )
 Recreational Centre
 Recreational Park
 Staff accommodation (15, 000 Sqm )
Ashraf is mainly in-charge with RFPs preparation, Managing the Lead & specialist consultants (around 20 consultants), liaising with the local authorities and site team. Ensure the project components are delivered in high quality and in compliance with the program and budget. Monitoring the construction activities to ensure compliance with the design, specification, authorities and Operator’s / End users requirement
