Preparing Annual Training Plan based on Hotel’s Business Objectives.
Presenting during the operations to assure the quality of the service is matched with the Hotel Service Standards.
Developing with the Department Heads and Departmental Trainers on a monthly basis a Training Plan on how to reduce guest complaints, and improve the employee’s Performance. Responsible for the distribution of the monthly training plan to all managers in the hotel.
Conducting off- job Training Sessions to staff based on performance deficiency or development needs had been noticed / required.
Designing Training Material & Handouts for training programs.
Following up with staff to assure implementation and observing their performance improvement.
Conducting orientation for new hires as per the set of Hotel Service Standards.
Maintaining attendance records for all employees to assure their complete attendance in training programs.
Preparing monthly report about training had been done during the previous month.
Scheduling training dates & programs with outside organizations / instructors; following up with instructors and prepare all documentations needed.
