- Attract new business relations to enhance the current Real Estate portfolio and to meet the financial targets.
- Document all of the business calls, business meetings through the call reports system as reference for any future needs.
- Evaluates the credit worthiness and management capabilities of a borrower/guarantor, the real estate collateral that is intended to secure a proposed loan, and the sufficiency of the loan structure for transactions/relationships.
- Preparing proposals and ensure completion and accuracy of the supporting documents before submitting for review and approval.
- Following-up the approved cases with customers, land department, and concerned bank departments till it finalized and loan disbursed.
- Monitor and regular review for the existing Real Estate Commercial loan portfolio to ensure proper risks are assessed related to Risk Grading, regularity and overall performance of the loans to identify any early signal which could leads to any potential problem to the portfolio.
- Reporting the review results along with suggestions and recommendations to the senior management for their guidance.
- Taking the necessary action in line with the senior management decision (rescheduling, restructure, transfer to legal, etc...).
- Ensure that all of the loan security documents are valid and updated (insurance, mortgage, etc...).
- Regular Customer visits and properties visit.
- Maintain an acceptable level of occupancy and income for the Real Estate portfolio.
- Mange the responsibilities of maintaining and servicing the existing Real Estate loan.
- Maintain portfolio data bases, schedules and valuation tool.
- Obtain the necessary data for developing MIS and reporting system.
- Keep abreast of the changes in the market place, to provide competitive market intelligence.
- Supervising the client accounts, as well as reviewing and approving remittances, reconciliations and other requests.
- Support the bank's strong relationship banking culture through on-going customer contacts, quality customer service, and superior product knowledge.
- All the customer inquiries handled promptly to ensure high quality of customer service standards, and high satisfaction level.
- Other duties and/or projects as required.
