Manage all operation and staff challenges at Damietta logistics center
(Damietta port) including (Operation department - customer service
department-ACID call center department) afflictively with targeted budget.
Insure that all KPIs, SOPs. targets and company policy are in place.
MTS representative in ACID implementation at Damietta port and member of
Egyptian ACI operation room by head of Egyptian customs authority decision
(185 for 2021).
Vessel and cargo agents-Suez canal transit-protecting agency at all Egyptian
ports- stevedoring, port handling Containers, Bulk, storage-inland
transportation and logistics-husbandry, provision and spare parts-crew
change-Suez canal passage, accommodation and transportation-dry docking
and repairs.
Assist operation manager assign vessels to operation staff in all ports with
contacting between port authority and all other concerning parties.
