 Construct and restructure the Org. chart for finance dept. for the head office and branches and sister companies.
 Setting up and managing the KPIs for the accounting and finance teams.
 Selection, hiring, job description, training and supervising and managing the staff (15 accountants in 9 accounting and financial units)
 Selection, hiring, job description, training staff, and supervising and managing the staff for branches and sister companies (around 25 accountants, senior and chief acc.)
 Developing and Implementing OFOOK` ERP for all business lines and sister companies.
 Finalize and handle a full feasibility study and supervise all the business cases for future business opportunities and potential business expansions.
 Finalizing the new financial facilities with Riyadh bank and for Alinma bank for year 2022.
 Directing and overseeing the company’s financial administration and planning including financial accounting policy development and implementation, financial reporting, management of accounting systems, budget planning and implementation, taxation, short- and long-term forecasting, and strategic planning.
 Monitoring and reporting on the Management's performance to ensure compliance to the BOD guidelines and objectives monitored and the progress of the achievement of such objectives.
 Overseeing the company’s financial and operational planning including financial and operational policy development implementation and reporting, overseeing budget planning and implementation, taxation, short- and long-term forecasting, and strategic planning.
 Managing and coordinating the company's annual report preparation.
 Establishing, implementing, and maintaining a sound internal control system.
 Overseeing the preparation of consolidated financial statements for the group and FS for each and finalizing the financial analysis for all.
 Performing other duties as assigned by the Chairman, CEO, and the BOD.
