1. Assigned the responsibility of Marketing & Sale of Projects (IT) in the Western Region of Kazakhstan for Government & private Sectors.
2. Preparing the yearly forecast & yearly target for the Plant Sales.
3. Follow-up Plant Sales in the Region.
4. Make sure of having an updated enquires status record that reflects our activities in the market.
5. Analyze the market and directing the Sales Engineers to visit most of the customers sectors such as Government, Private, and Consultants etc to reach at the end solid and homogenous base of customers from all sectors.
6. Follow-up bids and doing technical and commercial discussions with both government and private customers.
7. Developing and opening new market and customers & creating strong IPR with the existing customers.
8. Doing outdoor visits to customers with the sales engineers to ensure continuation of the best possible relationship and very close follow-up on the enquiries.
9. Meeting Sales Engineers regularly (on weekly basis) to ensure proper follow-up of the inquiries, planning for next action to be taken as per enquiry.
10. Providing Support to Sales Engineers & Supervising their daily work to help them on achieving their yearly targets.
11. Follow-up on the performance on Sales Engineers in order to rise up and to make sure of getting the right performance from them.
12. Ensure that the Sales Engineers are visiting their Client accounts regularly and right contacts with strong relations with them.
1.Complete the daily sales order confirmations for the sales team with maximum 1 mistake per quarter maximum.
2.Follow up with delivery team to ensure timely deliveries as per SMB customers’ expectations
3.Request orders for stock and projects from bonded based on logistics and stores reports timely and efficiently
4.Work hand in hand with sales to ensure solving all sales operations arising problems in a creative way without the need to return to direct manager. Maximum escalation
5.Gain technical knowledge of Dell PCs and NBs
6.Provides one-on-one end-user problem resolution over the phone for District approved Personal Computer (PC) software.
7. send a weekly report to direct manger to include all Shipments done that week with temporary items to customer
8.Directly involved in creating new business & maintaining contact with existing clients & following up on customers sales leads

9. Generate reports on my sales activities as requested by the division manager.
10. Assist accounts receivable department to collect delinquent payments for services/products rendered.
11. Maintain contact with client post sales to ensure customer satisfaction (to maintain after sales services to the highest standards).
12. Remain current on competitor products / services /process to improve.
13. Provide excellent customer service including resolving issues or complaints.
14. Maintaining inside and outside sales to retail and whole sales customers.
15. Developing trade relationships through local marketing efforts, and building a repeat customer base
16. Direct the efforts of local sales people and administration, as well as developing and maintaining my own sales accounts.
17. Maintain a good consistent relationship with customers.
18. Coordinate with manager prompt purchasing and delivery of orders.
19. Provide product specifications upon request
