Ensure PMR and activities are timely executing as
planned with the required quality level in accordance KPIs, safety procedures, compliance with standards and policies.
Anticipate and ensure the availability of manpower, materials, and tools prior to assign the required missions.
Oversee, manage technical support activities with FLM TL engineers and provide operation guidance on daily basis (routine, critical issues, challenges with timely and proper resolutions as agreed priorities.
Prepare spare parts lists and required materials, inspecting it, and testing prior to the reception/acceptance.
Team building up, supervise, and coach members to ensure optimal performance been achieved, conduct performance reviews of subordinates, proceed teamwork chain, and provide improvement recommendations.
Field auditing, attending client periodically meetings to represent and achieve goals.
Supervision on carry out preventive, corrective programs, and troubleshooting.
Established and day to day supervision of heavy repair overhauling workshops.

Supporting for electromechanical purchase (materials, spare parts, tools and services) in collaboration with the procurement department and in accordance with the applicable procurement procedures.

Motivate and organize teams to operate efficiently by providing job satisfaction
Supervision on diesel geneators power plant (24 MW) day-to-day operation, maintenance and critical issues.
Ensure that power plant E&M equipment is in safe, operable condition in systematic way and advice if needing to repair accordingly.
Applied preventive and corrective, and overhauling maintenance programs chain for 4MW diesel generators as schedules, and its auxiliary's systems.
Prepare annual spare parts plan, RFC and WO
Anticipate and ensure the availability of manpower, materials, spare parts and tools prior to assign the required missions.
Execute and lead O&M teams with the required quality level.
Applied routine, preventive and corrective (minor & major) maintenance.
Applied work orders, and guide team for troubleshooting within SLA.
Achieve tasks with applying KPI's, and budget roles.
