Delivery of CM Franchise organization objectives through effective leadership and management of the Marketing team, Sales Force and effective working relationships with relevant internal functions.

Managing the franchise P&L (+/- $40 mio)
Influence the development and implementation of the optimal strategic vision
for the franchise in the Countries, including pipeline and portfolio

Determine in conjunction with relevant personnel the appropriate portfolio
mix/focus based on optimal resource allocation, internal capability, market fit,
competitive dynamics and corporate expectations.
Guide, manage & lead the marketing team to advise and implement product
