- Leading a team to handle all Wi-Fi Customers over ADSL service to support and maintaining Mobinil-WiFi project by installing all kind of modems, and APs at the customer’s side to support business needs and to ensure customer satisfaction and up-sell company’s products & services to maximize revenues.
- Support DSL maintenance operation in Central Offices of Telecom Egypt by handling technical operations process between the company and Telecom Egypt to support ADSL customers.
- Handle the relation between the company and Telecom Egypt to obtain some approvals to support ADSL issues.
- Monitoring, Improving and maintaining the access transmission performance for ADSL Service by Managing configurations of ports in DSLMs and ISAMs via AWS tool and troubleshooting the physical line’s parameters through Alcatel-Lucent tool (5530 Network Analyzer V 5.2).
- Install, configure and support PCs, Modems, APs
• OSP Survey, planning, design & implementation of Telephone Wall set Cabinets with their copper network till the subscriber.
• RF planning and installation of PMP (Point to Multi Point) Microwave Equipment (Tsunami - Proxim), supporting VOIP (Voice over IP) capabilities.
• RF Hardware (Microwave/DECT) Maintenance and Troubleshooting.
• Site Survey, Frequency Planning and RF Network Design.
• Microwave Network Performance Monitoring.
• Traffic Analysis and OMC Administration.
• Operating over Linux system to manage the software of the cabinets, Installing and testing new software for voice quality, Internet, features, fax. Monitoring, and Solved all Troubleshooting of Telephone Cabinets in the Field.
• Operating & observing all applications and troubleshooting of SS7 GATEWAY, R2 GATEWAY, SS7 SIGNALING, and GATEKEEPER.
• Fault Reports Analysis of the Wireless Infrastructure Network serving the VOIP Telecommunications Network.
- Maintenance Engineer for Transmission Stations in The Main
Transmission Center in Abe Zabaal.
- Operating & Maintenance Engineer for Transmission Stations:
NEC, BROWN BOVERI, HARRIS
• Installation and Maintenance for Liebert & Hiross Air Condetioning.
• Working in the Project of main center of Vodafone in 6th October city
For installation 26 air condition child water machine.
• Working in the project of installation 200-air condition machine in different exchanges in Upper Egypt & East of Delta for Telecom Egypt.
