Follow up for the volumes in the small volume parenterals, Large volume parenterals and water for injection ampoules.
- Follow up for the conductivity and pH for the water for injection ampoules every hour.
- Follow up for the oxygen content for the large volume parenteral vials.
- Visual inspection.
- Sub visible particulate matter testing before and after filling via HIAC instrument.
- Follow up for the packaging line.
- Sampling for the finished products and microbiology departments after preparation and after filling.
- Cleaning validation samples including the final rinse and swabs for the finished products and microbiology departments.
