Functioning as the Commissioning Engineer in Weldon HF, where High Voltage Heavy Duty Fabric Welding machine manufactures.
•Handling Installation and commissioning as well as conducting tests & inspections to ensure operational effectiveness of machines.
•Managed entire activities including testing of machines, operations and maintenance of electrical system.
•Panel Designing, Providing all electrical connections, making panel wiring of machine.
•Responsible for handling overall activities for testing of electrical and pneumatic equipments such as Three phase Bridge Rectifiers, Relays, Fuses, Contactors, Transformers solenoid valves, cylinders etc.
•Managing the functions of the Electronic equipments such as HMI, PLC, VFD, Analog digital converter, Temperature indicator, thermocouple etc.
•Review Material and Service Requisitions, Purchase Orders.
•Conducts material receiving inspections.
•Prepare daily QC report regarding inspections.
•Making Bill of Material and Reports of installation, servicing.
•Gives training to operators of machine at customers place.
•Also handles servicing of machine at customers place.
•Used to travel all over India for commissioning, Installation and servicing of machines.
