Responsible for preparation of general arrangement drawings, Site layouts, piping details, Civil Specs, Hydraulic calculations, Thrust block calculations, DFE, Waiver, Raising RFI, Schedule of design deliverable, Design fee estimates, Raising RFI, compiling Design report, preparing various documents required for project i.e. Design Hazard Register, Sustainability Assessment Report, Site Waste Management Plan, DSEAR assessment report, reviewing sub contractors quotations etc., Co-ordinating with Electrical -Mechanical- Instrumentation department for various inputs. Job Title: - Lead Engineer.
Responsibility:-
1. I have experience in Outline and Detail Design drawings, project report, estimating design fee for Wickham STW and also carried out key role of coordinating on shore Team (Black & Veatch, UK) and off shore Team (Black & Veatch, Mumbai).
2. I have prepared Hydraulic Calculation for Formula A and Flow to Full Treatment (FTFT) flow. For Formula A flow, Hydraulic calculation started from proposed Soakway to existing Inlet Chamber. For FTFT from Humus Tank to Reed Bed.
3. I coordinated with Thames frame work listed vendor and laisioned with the vendor’s.
4. I have prepared Sustainability Assessment Report and coordinated with on shore Team (Black & Veatch, UK).
5. I have prepared Site Waste Management Report in liaison with European Waste Codes.
6. I have prepared Planning Permission Drawings and coordinated with on shore Team (Black & Veatch, UK).
7. I have prepared Civil Specifications and coordinated with off shore Team (Black & Veatch, Mumbai).
Project Name: - Washwater STW (6500 m3/day).
Design Component: - Nitrifying Sand Filter (NSF) chamber, NSF Feed Pumping Station, NSF Plant, NSF Backwash Pumping Station, Humus Tank and Storm Tank.
Job Title: - Lead Engineer.
Level of Responsibility:-
1. I have prepared Toposurvey Specification for Sewage Treatment Works.
2. I have prepared Hydraulic calculation for Flow to Full Treatment (FTFT) to sewage treatment works. As the FTFT flow increased from 57 LPS to 80 LPS, the challenge was minimize hydraulic loss in existing Primary Sedimentation Tank as V notch is submerged at 80 LPS.
3. As per client brief, we require to provide new Storm Tank of 66 m3 capacity. I prepared the calculation in which we recommended to increase the V notch level by 10 mm, which help us to achieve required capacity. This saved the cost of new Storm Tank.
4. I coordinated with Thames frame work listed vendor and laisioned with the vendor’s data.
5. I have prepared Sustainability Assessment Report and coordinated with on shore Team (Black & Veatch, UK).
6. I have prepared Site Waste Management Report in liaison with European Codes.
7. I have prepared Planning Permission Drawings and coordinated with on shore Team (Black & Veatch, UK).
8. I have prepared Civil Specifications and coordinated with off shore Team (Black & Veatch, Mumbai).
Project Name: - NYZ Bracknell STW.
Design Component: - Sludge Dewatering Building, Return Liquor Tank, Return Liquor Pumping Station, Refurbishment of Existing Digester Tank. Sludge Buffer Tank and Sludge Transfer Pumping Station and Washwater System.

Description of Duties:
1. Assisted in Hydraulic, Detail and Process calculation for Flow (ADWF) of 81 MLD, 241 MLD, and 400 MLD sewage treatment plant.
2. Assisted in designing the Kannamwar Nagar Pumping Station for 22 MLD.
3. Preparing Design Report, Hydraulic Flow Diagram, and Process Flow Diagram.
4. Preparing and completing the detail design drawings for Sewage Treatment Plant.
5. Planned and monitored the Toposurvey activity at designated locations.
6. Planned and monitored the Geotechnical Investigation activity at designated locations.
7. Planning and monitoring the field and laboratory tests of the soil / rock samples carried out by the sub-contractor.
8. Coordinating with client for addressing key technical issues related to Pumping Station / Treatment Plant.
9. Coordinating with equipment manufacture / supplier for budgetary offer and specification as per project design requirement.
