To provide end-to-end solutions to the client in respect to their Franchising expansion and also ensure the effectiveness of the delivery process.

Account Management: -
Manage a set of Accounts including Recruitment consultants/ SME’s & corporate clients and generate business to achieve targets.
Ensure strategic relationship management with customers.
Upgrade Client in terms of product and billing.
Acting as a single point of contact for all clients.
Mapping the market situation in terms of competitor movement, customer preferences and accordingly re-orienting strategies.
Analyze usage patterns of clients and propose apt solutions to fulfill their recruitment needs.
Conduct customized training program for clients to engage with the end user.
Achieve sales objectives, revenues by up selling and cross selling varied solutions.
Focus on existing accounts with a client centric retention strategy
Team Management:-
