Planning, scheduling, resource planning, monitoring the progress of project, coordination & tracking the project.
Monitoring the work progress during the shift and collect actual resources spent and progress achieved in consultation with Area Supervisors.
Tracking and monitoring the daily progress, following up the delayed activities and concerns.
Monitoring the daily variance concern and acting on it by coordinating with the execution team.

Attending Team level Progress review meetings with Client.
Provide detail technical scope & specifications of the Project to contractor.

Prepare reports highlighting the actual progress through S-Curve generation.
Monitor and update material distribution & prepare monthly plan.
Generate Daily Progress Report and Weekly Progress Report with S Curve.
Project & Shutdown jobs related billing.
Creating and editing Quality Maintenance Plans in SAP including planning package of preventive and corrective work orders
Preparing Run and Maintenance KPI based on department’s goal & strategy
Utilizing SAP to optimize PMs, CMs, equipment BOMs, PM plans, functional locations, equipment histories & material status
Visiting jobsites to estimate the scope of work and manpower requirements in consultation with technical disciplines:
Contracts and Procurement Team to bring vendors onsite
Sourcing equipment shutdown, isolations, spare parts, materials, tools, scaffolding, lifting, fabrication, third party calibrations and inspection certifications for planned work orders
Reviewing in SAP for new work orders while meeting planning backlog goals through efficiency
Estimating costs of labor and parts for industrial equipment
Overseeing execution of preventive maintenance, including schedules / shutdown maintenance to ensure trouble-free and seamless operations
Providing assistance to Engineering Team for spare parts preparation and PM lists for new equipment procurement
MRP Level review / change on request from inventory / end user
Material description change in MDRM on request from GPS / End user
Material creation in MDRM on request by end user
Material Extension in MDRM on request by end user
Material PR creation Direct charge & PD ( Purchase on demand ) on request by end user
PR/PO Follow-up & expedite with GPS / Logistics
Capital & Critical spares ( Including PSV ) review update & forecasting future procurement requirements
Excess / surplus materials review
Duplicate material data resolution
Material commonality study and stock sharing with Affiliates ( Interchangeable spares )
Dormant and slow moving material review quarterly
Inventory optimization
Technical evaluation assignments against APC
Overdue reservation monitoring.
