Working as Engineering Support in Two-way Radio Communication Systems-MOTOROLA and HYTERA
Responding to all the telephonic and online sales queries
Supporting sales through preparing sales quotes and bids.
Follow up on sales quotations and negotiating terms with the client at a cost best suited for them. Arranging site visit before commencement of the job and preparing the material submittal for the proposed systems as per project specifications. Preparing Site Schedule daily and Coordinating with client representative/Consultant for work permits etc.
Once Project is completed, preparing handover document/Completion report by coordinating with Assigned Engineer and sending it to client for sign off, and coordinating with the finance for the final invoicing and arranging team for the internal Maintenance handover of the project. Coordinating between the sales team and the technical team to ensure smooth processing of all the sales orders and to avoid any delay in handing over the system to the clients.
Handling all the job orders and service orders. Coordinating with the product servicing team to ensure quick service and delivery to the clients. Organizing meetings.
Handling all customer complaints.
