Roles and responsibilities:
• Managing end to end recruitment process to in fulfilling technical hiring and also ensuring a smooth positive candidate experience.
• Strong experience on Technical recruitment.
• To understand the Clients requirement and help them in every stage of recruitment.
• To prioritize the requirement given by the Clients.
• Sourcing from Job Portals Naukri, Monster, Shine, Networking and Personal references.
• Responsible for ensuring Quality of delivery by Screening and short listing resumes before Scheduling for the interviews
• Initial phone screening of candidates to judge communications and background.
• Arranging and coordinating the interviews and following up for the feedback.
• Interaction with the candidates till the on-boarding and post joining
• Post relationship with the on boarded candidates, to check their adaptability with the client's environment and Job satisfaction.
• Preparing Daily Tracker & maintaining all day to day reports.
• Maintaining ATS
• Maintaining weekly report / Tracker database.
• Clients: Mindtree, Mphasis, Honeywell, HCL, IBM, ATOS…etc.

The project is fully capable of passing relevant notices and announcements and keeping the users updated from time to time. It can be used by the colleges to provide information to a group of students at once. The software improves the usage of notice board of the college by making it available online.
