-Handle recruitment for clients in Middle East and GCC (Lebanon, Egypt, Jordan, Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, Qatar, Oman and Bahrain).
-Responsible for recruitment of entry level to upper management positions.
-Conduct web or database searches for potential job candidates.
-Collect relevant information/data for the tracking and analysis of recruitment.
-Communicate with potential candidates throughout the recruitment process.
-Perform an initial screening of applicants to ensure they meet the required qualifications.
-Conduct preliminary interviews to assess candidate suitability.
-Negotiate salaries balancing the interests of the employer with the need to fill the vacancy.
-Identify successful candidate(s) based on analyses of information obtained through assessment process, ensure appropriate fit to the position and organization needs.
-Conduct strategic and proactive sourcing, build relationships with high quality candidates.
-Develop and maintain appropriate metrics and statistics to evaluate effectiveness of recruitment processes.
-Keep up with current trends and suggests improvements to existing recruitment processes.

-Determine, together with the Recruitment Consultant, the search criteria based on the position job description.
-Develop position notification based on client profile and position requirements.
-Conduct candidates’ searches using in-house, subscribed-to, and other internet based databases for appropriate candidates.
-Inform/notify targeted candidates about the relevant opportunity.
-Follow up with notified candidates who did not reply to secure their confirmation of interest or any other feedback.
-Communicate with the interested candidates to get all the needed information (Confidential Supplementary Information Form, Compensation Sheet, Photograph, etc.).
-Develop candidates’ comparative compensation sheets based on position proposed compensation.
-Ensure that all candidates’ correspondence are followed up and replied to immediately.
-Present all complete candidates’ profiles (CV, CSI and Comparative Compensation Sheet) to the Recruitment Consultant before interview.
-Ensure that the highest standards of confidentiality are maintained regarding client and candidate information.
-Update status of Job Orders and presented candidates in the company’s database.
-Ensure that all necessary reports and documentation are supplied in the agreed format to the Manager at the agreed time.
-Ensure data base management is up to date and suggest improvements to web based in house solution.
-Assist the Recruitment consultant in other ad hoc tasks.
