In collaboration with the other members of the Project Team, provide professional assistance to the Project Manager in administering the terms of the building contract, during operations on site and relating to the completion of the Works; Visit the site at regular intervals during the construction of the Works in order to inspect the quality of the work (including samples, mock ups and off site tests as required) and to monitor progress and ensure that the works are executed in accordance with the Works Information and in accordance with good practice; Attend meetings and provide reports as requested by the project manager to communicate your findings as Supervisor; Coordinate and lead the activities and findings of any other Supervisors appointed; Confirm that rigorous safety policies are in place and are implemented by the contractor and that there is adequate protection for the public and others. Confirm that all Health and Safety Statutory Requirements or Regulations are being observed by all those responsible for either designing or constructing the Works and that adequate monitoring procedures are in place to ensure day-to-day compliance; Examine design drawings, shop fabrication drawings, standard details, method statements and specifications submitted by Contractors for the Works or parts thereof in respect of conformity with the design and in particular in respect of general dimensions and compliance with performance criteria; Examine any alternative designs, materials or suppliers proposed by the Contractors; Confirm that rigorous quality management procedures are in place throughout the construction phase; Advise the Project Manager on the need for special inspection and tests and, following approval and instruction, arrange for the inspection and tests to be undertaken; Advise the Project Manager on submissions required by the Contractor; Provide opinion on delays and/or disruptions forming part of a Compensation Event and provide professional assessment of consequences of acceleration; Assist the Project Manager in agreeing a programmed with Contractor for issue of Contractor’s design drawings and specification. Request, receive and review for acceptance the Contractor’s design drawings and specification; In the event of non-acceptance, provide comment, clarify with the supervision consultant’s and contractor and advise the Project Manager; Notify the Project Manager of acceptance of Contractor’s design drawings and specification; Inspect the Works on completion; Record and issue a list of defects to the Contractor at the appropriate time in accordance with the terms of the Works contract; Coordinate similar lists of defects from other Supervisors; Ensure that the contractor has rectified the defects within a reasonable time and issue a certificate to the contractor when all defects have been made good; and Check information prepared by others in operation and maintenance manuals.
Assists and supports the interior and architectural design team in planning, designing, and furnishing corporate, commercial projects and to help come up with the design ideas, develop presentations of those ideas to show the clients, and coordinate the activities and materials required to make those ideas a reality; Coordinating the various elements that execute the design. These include things like coordinating the deliveries, installation schedules, and deadlines between the design team, the clients, the operators, and the contractors. The duties also include creating, monitoring, and managing requisitions and purchase orders - communicating with everyone involved as the project go along; Implement corrective measures for identified distractions or issues; Review, negotiate and recommend for approval / disapproval on design change orders; Coordinate and monitor status of design incentive / disincentive programs complying with provisions of design subcontract. Perform constructive reviews conforming design to prime contract requirements and proposal commitments; Coordinate and control design submittals for owner's review and approval. Facilitate resolving design issues with owner. Assist designer on special research and technical projects; Manage entirely materials and data to help establish and maintain effective communication and information systems within unit. Provide sample boards and shop board’s preparation for presentation and release to shops; Coordinate and control design between buildings design and infrastructure, utilities and amenities within the project scope particularly during the design coordination and implementation on site.
As Assistant Project Manager, direct, co-ordinate and supervised the project design, supervision and planning developments in association with the consultant team and contracting team in the absence of the designated Project Manager of the project; As the Project Senior Architect Consultant, will ensure that all designs, specifications and relevant technical information are made available to and are prepared as specified with due regard to cost and time so that the company’s objectives are fully met and implement on the project in a right execution; Coordination for all disciplines whereas, requiring the contractor to meet the project specification based on local and International Standard and to ensure that the project objectives maintain its quality and values are fully met and implement during the execution; In addition, is responsible for Value Engineering guidelines uses a value methodology that reduces cost while maintaining and improving performance, quality and aesthetic wise of the project; Conduct VE study in actual construction implementation by decreasing costs, increasing value, improving quality, saving time, solving problems and using resources for most effective function-oriented and systematic approach that improves project value.
As Project Manager of the Projects representative within the contractual terms applicable, direct, co-ordinate and supervised the project design and planning developments in association with the department team; As the Head of the Technical Section will ensure that all designs, specifications and relevant information are made available to and are prepared as specified with due regard to cost and time so that the company’s objectives are fully met; Conduct Value Engineering Studies together with the Certified Value Engineers Specialist and maintain control systems for design and construction of projects that progress is in accordance with the program, to ensure adequate data supply to all concerned that required specifications and standards are achieving; Achieving good communications and motivating of section team, Monitor Progress, Cost and Quality of the project. Set priorities and effective management all the times and coordinating the section team activities input and output of the projects; Together with Certified Value Specialist Consultants, preparing VE Workshop Study for the company projects and presenting specified reports to the Owner and Manager of the projects and take approval in collaboration with the Manager of Projects within the contract provisions; Identifying and existing of potential problem, disputes or conflict and resolving them with the cooperation of all concerned.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Site measurement for preliminary design and perform design and drafting
of preliminary sketches in manual and AutoCAD to be approved by the
superior; Finalized all approved projects from 2D presentation to
constructions documents, and ensure that all AutoCAD drafting works from
all approved projects and re-distribute to other discipline for coordination
and for final workshop drawings; Make Architectural base plan for
references of interior design and other required by other disciplines; From
time to time, as directed, review design proposals and coordinate with
other department to ensure routine of works accuracy; Ensure fully
detailed shop drawings that clearly identify the basis upon which estimates
have been structured and prepared.
Working independently or with consultant architects & engineers, designs and prepare plans and specifications, cost estimates, and coordinates implementation of capital improvement projects, oversees the work and administers consultant construction; Develops construction bid proposals, reviews bid specifications, recommends contract approval and administers contracts with consultant architects and engineers; Participates in final inspection of projects and makes recommendation regarding acceptance of construction work; Review building plans and site design for aesthetics, environmental acceptability, compliance with codes and standards and accessibility requirements; Design and drafting of preliminary sketches in manual and AutoCAD to be approved by the immediate superior and finalized all approved projects from presentation to workshop drawings; Manual and AutoCAD drafting works from all approved projects and re-distribute to other discipline to finalize for design development and work shop drawings; Make Architectural base plan for references of structural, electrical, sanitary, mechanical and other required by other departments; From time to time, as directed, review design proposals and coordinate with other department to ensure routine of works accuracy; Ensure fully detailed shop drawings that clearly identify the basis upon which estimates have been structured and prepared.

Preparation of pre-design schemes sketched of luxuries and low cost housing to present to the clients for approval; Manual drafting works from architectural to mechanical detailed shop drawings for site references; Conduct project site inspection, and report all development during the site visit and presenting specified reports to the Architects of the projects and identifying and existing of all potential problems, disputes or conflict of the projects during execution.
