Worked with the mentioned positions in PAN GULF HOLDING, which is one of the reputed and leading group of business, Rental equipment for civil and mechanical works like power generators, forklifts, compressors, tower lights, welding machines and automations.
Welding accessories, machinery, Heat treatment services, chemicals, Abrasive wheels,
cables and sales technical support.
Specialized in heat treatment services for SABIC and ARAMCO related projects of oil & gas industry in the kingdom of Saudi Arabia, for the exclusive and international brands RHS to be launch in the Saudi market. I am working as department Head leading 14 technicians and 2 administrative personals and following are my duties and responsibilities:

Roles & Responsibilities:

Primary Function of the job:
• To maximize revenue and profitability within the geographical sales territory of Saudi Arabia (and other specified areas) with a defined customer segment with specific identified customers.

Principle responsibilities:
• To identify and maintain good professional working relationships with the existing customer base and to develop new customers by close networking
• To actively target all opportunities for new business once known, and to act as the interface between RHS & PGTS, it’s customers and the marketplace.
• Develop Pro-Active customer visit plan to ensure all Customers are visited within 60 days.
• Continually seek to increase and improve quotation/tender opportunities and conversion rates.
• The Field Sales Executive should be capable of planning their own personal sales strategy in conjunction with their Regional Sales Manager with regard to account planning and customer analysis.
• Introduce Sales Pipeline Forecast methodology to improve the quality of sales effort, target projects earlier.
• Check and review quotations/tenders and submit to customer in the most appropriate manner. Maintain close contact with all submitted high valued quotations/tenders and take all necessary steps to secure the order.
• Remain up to date will all RHS and PGTS products, services and procedures to ensure that most customer requirements and questions can be answered and responded to without referral.

Liaison and Promotion:
• Work both as an individual and active team member in pursuit of customer satisfaction to the company benchmark. Embrace the one RHS & PGTS culture and focus their attention on customer’s needs.
• Co-ordinate and present RHS & PGTS presentations to customer groups using all Marketing material and tools
• Assist in organizing promotional events.
