Managing and maintaining overall of residential and commercial building to high level of standards as per the contracts.

Analyzed vendor proposals and selecting appropriate one for each project.
Creates and executes development plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
Ensures technical teams are contributing to Company code library.
Manages technical resources within budget and project schedule.
Communicates with clients to identify needs and evaluate alternative technical solutions.
Meet with client teams and gather requirements, conduct regular team meetings and track project progress.
Provides strategic advice and tactical support to project teams and clients.
Planning for future development in line with strategic business objectives.
Handling 3rd Party maintenance/Repair companies for respective maintenance of equipments.
Coordinating and leading one or more teams to cover various areas of responsibility.
Checking that agreed work by staff or contractors has been completed satisfactorily and following up on any deficiencies.
Using performance management techniques to monitor and demonstrate achievement of agreed service levels and to lead on improvement.
Directing, coordinating and planning essential central services such as reception, security, maintenance, mail, archiving, cleaning, catering, waste disposal and recycling.
Planning best allocation and utilization of space and resources for new buildings, or reorganizing current premises.

Roles and Responsibilities:
• Handling YORK Chiller operation and maintenance co-ordinate with Warranty Contractor of chiller based on parts replacement and major repair works.
• Working with Centrifugal pumps for water supply system and carrying out maintenance and water budget calculation.
• Operation and maintenance of Air Handling units and FCU’s.
• Preparing and detailed study of scope of work and risk assessments.
• Pump Head and ESP calculation for Pump & AHU selection respectively.
• Schedule daily, Weekly, monthly, semi-annually and Annual maintenance of all Electro-mechanical equipment’s including Generators(11KV), compressors, Pressure vessels, Starter Panels (VFD, Soft starter), High and low voltage electrical panels, water filtration units, etc.
• Preparing maintenance reports planned and Un-planned and submitting to central Plant engineer.
• Inspects and evaluates condition of mechanical equipment in existing all property buildings and recommends corrective action; implements repairs or revisions including design changes both in house or on outside projects; insures installation and repairs are performed in accordance with all standards.
