Supervise and co-ordinate all required service breakdown repairs and preventative maintenance on depot cold store with in the region.
Mentor and instructed Refrigeration technicians on testing and diagnosing of faults on the refrigeration mechanical, electrical and controls at the depot cold stores.
Co-ordinate maintenance on Refrigerated shop cabinets & Depot Cold stores as per the SAP maintenance schedule.
Allocate priority to the urgent breakdowns.
Impovemnt in system operation, HACCP temperatures and measurable reduction in energy cost.
Acctual cost verses provisions.
All refrigeartion technician are improving there knowledge of refrigerated shop cabinet and cold rooms.
Percentage turnover, staff ratio, ITP, degree of empowerment.
Refrigeration technician have full understanding of the cold store plant electrical and control system.
Maintain Health & Safety standards in all the regional workshop and report issue to RRM.
Maintain up to date operational knowledge relating to cold store and shop fridges in hot and tropical enviromental conditions.
Ensure shop cabinets are presentable & deliverd to company standards.
Ensure depots, villas, fridges, cold store, and operational equipment are maintained in a good condition.
Ensure purchased maintenance materials are meeting company standards and are stored in a safe condition.
Actual safety audit reports against safety standards.
Coverage of all the fridge using the available resources.
Co-ordination with Refrigeration Manager / Refrigeration technicians on reporting process.
Data processing clerk has all required service dockets and material part requested for logging into SAP.
Actual audit findings against agreed standrads and customer compliants raised.
Analytical support of the current complaints on the units (if any).

Quality of purchased products and stock variance of number purchased against
the inventory books.
Travle to the regions depot to review refrigeration depots in region.

Perform difficult technical work supervising and scheduling the installation, maintenance and repair of refrigeration and air handling equipment in hospital, offices, and hotels.
Plan, assign, inspect and supervise maintenance, repair and construction activities; maintain records and files; prepare reports.
Assign and distribute work orders and work requests.
Attend and participate in meetings regarding work to be done; attend training classes.
Checks and troubleshoot equipment; set and adjust control in hotels.
Review all work orders before and after completion.
Order and pick up parts for jobs in order to keep mechanics on the job.
Inspect contacted work as needed.
Coordinate work with other shops as needed.
Assist in budget planning and preparation.
Inform supervisor of completed and outstanding work orders.
Cooperate with warehouse to determine which parts should be ordered for stock.
Determine time and cost estimates for HVACR jobs.
Provide technical assistance to mechanics when requested.
Perform related work as required.
Plan, Inspect and train workers about site safety.
