Supervise and Monitor Installation of Cable, Cable tray, Lighting, Distribution control panel, all electrical equipment and Grounding system, etc.
Supervise inspection activities at site with regards to specifications and standards.
Inspecting daily construction activities on Cable trench, LV Switchgears, LV motors, Panels, Cable pulling and Grounding activities.
Conducting site walk-through with Quality, HSE and PMT departments.
Review & Upgrade the drawings according to site conditions.
Coordinate with Electrical Supervisors and Inspectors to monitor and close punch list Items prior to Energization.
Prepare and submit all documents for final acceptance prior to commissioning.
Conduct tests of all components, insulation resistance test, polarity test, Earth continuity and cable resistance test.
Weekly meetings with all discipline Engineers and Supervisors involved in the project.
Site surveillance to check the construction work and give some comments if necessary
According to standard installation & making daily schedule of activities.
Witness and monitor electrical work based on client standard.
Inspect material quality as per project specification.
Inspecting installation jobs, Design execution as per drawing.
Witness cable Meggering, continuity test, Hi-Pot test and Earth test.
Witness insulation resistance test, turns ratio test, vector group test for Transformers.
Estimate of Electrical Materials required by project.
Witnessing Installation inspection, Testing, Test Record Documentation and Commissioning.
Inspection for all the Electrical and Electronic equipment installation and commissioning.
Ensuring implementation of quality control and procedure.
Making materials submittals as per project and submitted to the QC department for approval to commence the work.
Coordination with the vendor during commissioning.
Erection and inspection of switchgear, MCC, PDP and instrumental panels.
Involve with the electrical group for completion and termination of switchgears, MCC, Motors, Junction boxes all other Electrical & Instrument panels power cables.
Inspection Cable splicing for the damaged cables.
Responsible for the completion of all QC documentation.
Producing Test Plans and reports & evaluating tenders and providing recommendations.
Evaluates electrical systems, products, components, and applications by designing and conducting research programs; applying knowledge of electricity and materials.
Prepare daily QA/QC report regarding inspections, material, Non conformances etc.)
Assures product quality by designing electrical testing methods; testing finished products and system capabilities.
Maintains product and company reputation by complying with federal and state regulations.
Involve in job safety training and comply with all established rules and methods to ensure safe and healthy work atmosphere.
Inspect completed installations and observe operations, to ensure conformance to design and equipment specifications and compliance with operational and safety standards.
Prepare specifications for purchase of materials and equipment.
Investigate and test vendors' and competitors' products.
Investigate customer or public complaints, determine nature and extent of problem, and recommend remedial measures.
Conduct field surveys and study maps, graphs, diagrams, and other data to identify and correct power system problems.
• Making Monthly Plan Schedule and Raw Material Planning.
• Preparing the Item Analysis Sheet for critical lines.
• Making weekly plans on the basis of Monthly plan.
• Follow up with the Production Manager to ensure the timely completion of the projects.
• Communication with different departments for effective execution of the plan.
• Schedule for various Milestone and Activities.
● Production supervision and Handling Manpower activities.
• Preparing Replenishment Requests (RPL’s) for all the Raw Materials.
• Variance reporting between plotted and actual.
• Collection and selection of the intra departmental crucial highlights for the Monthly Report.
• Maintaining all records and files related to the Planning department.
• Follow up with the Production Manager &monitor the production progress and report the fault/Discrepancies.
• Regularly keep Management informed of problems, issues and status of the ongoing production Processes.
• Identify, create and implement systems and procedures to enhance and streamline of the planning activities.
• Making Monthly production planning by receiving Work orders/Item Analysis Sheets.
• Making 48 hours Production Plan on the basis of Monthly Plan.
