Collected, recorded and processed the insurance claims of our clients on daily basis in order to generate re-embarrassments from the insurance companies.
Coordinated with US based insurance companies regarding the outstanding insurance claims. This involved working with them to understand their needs ensuring we were delivering and exceeding their expectations.
