•Professional command on DCS continuous sugar dissolving system and cleaning in process system installed by Krones systems Germany.
•Flow monitoring, Parameters monitoring.
•Provide accurate and timely analysis to ensure physiochemical and do the microbiological integrity of our products, supporting the assessment of packaging and raw materials quality and auditing of the plant to comply with HACCP and Pepsi Cola Int'l requirements.
•Monitor and advise on all service operation (water, boiler & waste water) to ensure compliance to company standards & local authority. Assure producing quality package integrity without defects and hold or reject any out of specifications.
•Involve in every Quality Audit undertaken by the department both internal and external.
•Inspect, sample and analyses, the packaging and product samples
•Supervises Cleaning-in-Place procedures, making sure that there’s no corner left unclean / insanities before starting any production run
•Train new employees and maintain the laboratory facilities, equipment and reagents / media in a sanitary condition to ensure accurate and precise results are obtained
•Develop a Hazard Analysis and Critical Control point system for reducing or eliminating the microbiological risk to product
