Comprehensive more than sixteen years experience. I have the maintenance experience of
TWO FERTILIZER (AMMONIA-UREA-DAP) PLANTS AND QATAR PETRO
CHEMICAL COMPANY (ETHYLENE, PROPYLENE, LDPE, LLDPE, SULPHUR).
START UP FOR THE ETHYLEN PLANT:
I was involved for the commissioning and the start up of the new train of Ethylene plant in the
Qatar Petrochemical Company.
PRACTIAL KNOWLEDGE AND ACHIEVEMENTS:
GAS TURBINE:
We have G.E. FRAMES - 5 GAS TURBINES at our plant and the control system is
SPEEDTRONICS MARK V (TMR SYSTEM).
I have involved in the maintenance and the startup activities for the Gas Turbine and performed
the following activities.
* Calibration and the maintenance of switches and the transmitters.
* Checking and the replacement of wheel space and exhaust thermo couples.
* Checking the health of the limit switches and the solenoid.
* Checking and the replacement of the scanners and spark plugs.
* FIRE SUPPRESSION System at GAS TURBINE.
STEAM GENERATION SYSTEM:
I have clear concept about boiler control loops;
* Three elements control loop
* Ratio control loop
* Furnace pressure control loop
* Attemperator control loop
BURNER MANGAMENT CONTROL SYSTEM:
I worked with ALLEN BRADLEY PLC and SLC for the safe start up and shutdown
for the boilers. I have clear concept about the start up permissive for the boilers and checking the
health of permissive at the I/O’s of the PLC/SLC.
VIBRATION SYSTEM :( Bentley Nevada / Prognost System):
Complete handling of BENTLEY NEVADA 7200, 3300 & 3500 Series SYSTEMS. I can
check the characteristics of probes, extension cables and the proximeters. I can adjust the set
points for the alarm and the trip on the system.
I also have the installation experience of Prognost vibration probes on the hyper compressors.
can work on the WINDMOLLER and MOLLER Bagging System (LIBRA SCALE)
for the LDPE product. I can also work on the NOELL carrier and LIEBHER, GOTTWALD
REGGIANE crane for the product container to load on the ship. We have loading Arm facility for
the EDC, VCM, CAUSTIC SODA, ETHYLENE and SULPHURE SHIP LODDER and SALT
handling conveyor system.
