Accounts Preparation DHAI and DHAR
DHA Islamabad and DHA Rawalpindi are separate entities so accounts preparation is done annual bases since 2014 I am preparing financial accounts as per following steps
•Detailed trial balance extracted from Sidat hyder morshed Associate software that is electronic general ledger,
•Statement of financial position, statement of profit and loss, Statement of comprehensive income and Cash flow statement as per IFRS 7 indirect method is prepared
•All financial statements are prepared following international accounting and reporting standards issued by IASB international financial reporting standards Board and regulatory compliance is followed by SECP and FBR rules
External audit Supervision and coordination
I have to provide external auditor coordination by following means
•Providing Final accounts
•Providing Data and vouchers
•Providing logistic support like place, transport, food, stationary etc
•Getting report and verifying any errors done by external auditors
•Reporting any fraud detected and investigating and reporting to management to take action
Fixed asset register assignment every four years
After every four years fixed asset register is updated and fixed asset register is maintained which is my responsibility to conduct the assignment by appointed firm with full coordination and getting report as per ICAP format 6 for the fixed asset register, ensuring tagging and revaluation of assets is also part of the assignment supervision. Worked with following firms to complete this task
